Sportivate 20-20-20

This evening class will start at 8pm on November 1st 2016 and follows the very successful daytime classes that have been running for over 6 years.
Each class lasts an hour and consists of 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of circuits and 20 minutes of mat work. The atmosphere is encouraging and the emphasis is on having fun and getting a good all round workout. We hope that people of all ages* and fitness levels will come along!

If you have an injury or 
health issue, please inform the instructor and they will do their best to provide alternative exercises where appropriate. 

*Minimum age: School Year 7. Under 16's to be accompanied by an adult.

Sportivate 20-20-20 FAQ's

  • How do I book? No booking is required, the hall is large and we are ready for a large class. However, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class for registration and allocation into a group for Circuits. Please come to the Reception area of the FBC Centre.
  • How do I pay? Please bring cash with you to each class however there will be an opportunity to buy a prepaid five session card (£10 or £30 depending on your age). PAY AS YOU GO COST IS £2 for Yrs 7 - 13 and £6 for adults. 
  • What should I bring? Bring a drink of water and a small towel. 
  • I'm not very fit, does this matter? This class has been running during the day for over 6 years and participants have a wide range of fitness levels. The atmosphere is encouraging and fun! Take it at your own pace but if it's all a bit too much, have a rest, no-one will criticise. Conversely, we will get to know you and if you want to be pushed, we will do this!
  • What is the minimum age of participants? The class is open to children & adults however children must be in school Year 7 or above. Under-16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult (not necessarily their parent).

    Details of the daytime 20-20-20 sessions (we have babysitters if you need to bring your preschoolers) are
